These terms explain how the ARVENIER storefront is intended to work when live orders are enabled. A product is not sold until you review the final order total and receive an order confirmation after payment and availability checks.
ARVENIER is the storefront name. The legal seller name, principal business address and customer-care and grievance contacts will be displayed here before live orders open. These terms apply alongside the product-specific details and policies shown at checkout; if the law provides you a stronger right, that right prevails.
Product pages describe the individual item, its price, available options and the information ARVENIER has verified. Fashion jewellery may use plated finishes, glass, synthetic stones or other materials; the exact composition, dimensions, care instructions and country of origin must be stated on the relevant product page before purchase. A campaign photograph is styling inspiration and does not replace the product listing.
Catalogue prices may be displayed in your selected local currency using daily reference exchange rates. These converted amounts are estimates. The current checkout and payment system charges in Indian rupees (INR); checkout shows the payable INR amount before payment. Delivery availability, delivery charges, applicable taxes and any import costs must also be confirmed for your destination before an order is accepted.
Submitting checkout sends an order request. We accept the order only after the payment provider confirms payment and we verify the selected variant, current availability and delivery option. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, we will notify you and initiate a refund of the amount collected.
Payment is handled by the provider named at checkout. ARVENIER may use an independent fulfilment partner to prepare and ship an item to your address. The seller, item origin, expected delivery window, delivery charges and any separately payable import costs will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. Delivery is subject to the PIN-specific serviceability shown at checkout.
Cancellation requests, return eligibility, item condition and refund processing are governed by the Returns & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery pages, together with any product-specific terms shown before payment. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right available under applicable law.
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not interfere with site security, misuse another person’s information, submit fraudulent orders or copy ARVENIER content for commercial use without written permission. The ARVENIER name, design, text and original visual identity remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you. Any court or consumer forum with jurisdiction under applicable law remains available. We may revise the terms when the service or law changes; the version shown when you order will apply to that order.
