This notice describes the information ARVENIER uses to operate the storefront, answer requests and, when enabled, fulfil an order. Optional analytics are separate from delivery and purchase processing.
Depending on the feature you use, information may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and PIN code; the products and quantities in your order; order, payment and support-request references; and the limited device or event information needed to protect and operate the site.
If you request a delivery quote, your PIN code, selected product options and quantities are sent to our fulfilment partner so it can check delivery availability and freight. If you place an order, your name, phone number, email and delivery address are shared with our fulfilment partner to fulfil and deliver it. Fulfilment may involve processing outside India. The checkout presents this data-sharing purpose and asks for your affirmative consent before the request is sent.
When live checkout is enabled, payment details are handled by the payment provider named at checkout. ARVENIER receives payment status and transaction references needed to confirm an order and support a refund; it does not need your card PIN, UPI PIN, password or one-time password. Never share those credentials with our support team.
If you choose to allow analytics, the site records limited page and shopping-flow events against a random browser identifier. It does not include your name, email, phone number, PIN code, street address, payment credentials or full page query strings. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days. Declining or withdrawing consent does not disable browsing or checkout.
We keep order, payment and support records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal duties, and protect the business. Optional analytics follow the 90-day period above. We apply access controls and security measures appropriate to the information we handle; no online service can promise absolute security.
You can change an analytics choice at any time below. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep under law. To help us find the right record, include the email address and order reference concerned, and do not include payment credentials.
We will update this notice when the service, data uses or legal requirements change. The legal name of the data-handling business and its designated privacy/grievance contact must be added to the Contact page before live ordering opens.
